Tyler and Susan are partners in business and in life, contributing a combined industry experience of more than 71 years to the company.

After working for other upholstery shops early on in his career, Tyler Sinclair quickly realized that he could be much more successful on his own. In 1979 he started Sinclair's Upholstery out of his parents garage in Hampton Bays, NY. While working with an interior decorator at the time Susan met Tyler in 1988 and moved to help him with the business full time. She brought her expertise on business management and customer relations to help build the business into what it remains today.

Meet our son, Justin Sinclair and his fiancée Beth!

Justin comes to us after many years, of helping his mom & dad as well as being a service advisor for Volvo. He combines his passion for learning the craft and the love of cars to help with our automotive upholstery.

Beth is a Stonybrook Alumni with a passion for history and fashion. Her eye for details and her sewing talents fit right in with how we like to do things at Sinclair's Upholstery
